Specialties

Understanding what you're experiencing can be a helpful place to start. Below are some of the areas I specialize in and how they might show up in your life.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma can impact the way you think, feel, and move through the world. You might experience flashbacks, feeling on edge, difficulty trusting others, or a sense that you're never fully relaxing. Therapy can help you process what happened and feel safer in your body and in your life again.

OCD

OCD can show up as intrusive thoughts, mental checking, unwanted images, or the urge to do things "just right". You might spend a lot of time seeking reassurance, avoiding certain situations, or responding to anxiety with rituals or mental habits. I use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) to help you step out of the OCD cycle and build confidence in tolerating uncertainty.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety might look like constant worry, overthinking, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday things. Depression can show up as a low mood, lack of motivation, fatigue, changes in sleep or appetite, or feeling disconnected from the life you once enjoyed. Therapy can help you find relief, clarity, and a sense of hope again.

Life Transitions, Self-Esteem & Shame

Whether you're navigating a big life change, feeling stuck, or struggling with self-criticism or feelings of not being "enough", you don't have to figure it out alone. Therapy can help you build self-compassion, strengthen your sense of worth, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

You don't have to know exactly what to call what you're experiencing.

If something feels off, heavy, or hard to carry, therapy can help. You don't have to figure it out alone.
